Our Policies
All of our services are guaranteed for seven days. If anything happened to your service within seven days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Please be prepared to let us know which day you came and the technician that worked on you.
Punctuality
Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.
Personal Items
LUXURY NAILS is not responsible for personal items that have been damaged during services. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
Payment Methods
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Luxury Nails’ gift certificate are acceptable tenders for all services and products. All other forms of payments, including checks, will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to add gratuities for technicians to credit or gift cards.
Gift Cards
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Additionally, Luxury Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Lastly, gift certificate expires one year from the date of purchase.
